Expert in the field that I admire
Hellooo
The truth is that I heard about this person when I started studying architecture, at first I didn't pay much attention to him, but when I saw a documentary and the works he did, he was immediately an example to follow, the one I'm talking about is "Frank Gerhy" , an American architect, who was born on February 28, 1929, graduated in architecture in 1954, and then entered the Harvard School of Design to study urban planning.
To be honest, I admire Frank a lot for his way of making projects whose end does not always go hand in hand with the canons of beauty, since it is something subjective, but is left to our interpretation, he also uses geometry to his advantage and the way coming up with an idea is very dynamic, using different materials, metals, textures, in short enjoying the creative process.Works such as the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao or the Disney Auditorium in Los Angeles make your visit an experience, its abstract geometry is very imaginative and is a great example for me to follow.
OMG, we chose the same person. I think Gerhy is an amazing architect, I wish I could work in his studio or learn about his process up close.
ResponderEliminarI love Frank Gehry, I heard a lot of people that don't like his work,, but for me, the way that he sees the architecture is so unique and revolutionary. I am so bad for names but the work that you use I call it trash, don't in a bad way, is because they appear in an episode of The Simpsons and he inspired in a crumpled paper
